Committee on Unqualified Practice

The Committee's main function is to prevent unqualified practice, encouraging campaigns and other Bar and out-of-court action agreed by the Board, with the prior report of this Committee. It is this Committee's function to ensure that unqualified practice affecting lawyers is prevented, as it is a legal imperative, arising from the social function of the legal profession, to safeguard the defence of citizens' interests, pursuant to the relevant regulations in force.
